Whole School Programme
Working with head teachers
A typical programme includes:
- Staged planning We agree a staged approach to apply strategies consistently across the school, one year group at time, and with clearly defined 12 month outcome measures.
- Physical Audit We carry out a physical ‘walking’ audit, informally observing ordinary staff and student activity within the whole school day and evaluating school policies and procedures.
- Remote coaching We follow up with remote coaching for teaching staff throughout the roll out.
